Classes

We are a boutique fitness studio specializing in Bungee Fitness classes. We also offer Rebound (mini trampolines) Barre (Ballet meets Pilates) and Pound (drumming workout) classes.

We believe that fitness should be first and foremost an enjoyable and exhilarating experience. Fitness classes only work when you commit to attending regularly and this commitment is a no-brainer when you can’t wait for the next class. This is why we offer a range of unique and energetic classes that are sure to leave you feeling invigorated.

Bungee Fitness, Rebound, Pound, and Barre, provide you with high-energy workouts that are low impact, stress relieving, and will see you laughing and drenched in sweat. Whether you’re a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, our dedicated instructors are here to help you reach your goals while having fun. We offer our regular timetable of classes to participants 16 and over. We also offer Teen Bungee classes as a 10 week course during school terms.

Memberships

Basic- $19 per week

  • 1 Class per week

Premium- $34/week

  • 2 Classes per week

Unlimited- $42/Week

  • Unlimitted class bookings per week!

Off-Peak Unlimited- $24/Week

  • Unlimited classes before 3:00pm

Casual passes and Class Packs

All memberships include a $67 registration fee with your first payment.

All memberships are fortnightly recurring payments.
